Sandra, thanks for posting....we'll have to see how the rest of our water rights will be 'sold down the river' like everything else? Oh the joy....

ps - are our city's water records BACK at city hall yet?

I'm sure our empty suit mayor will role over and capitulate. Why have meeting? The results are already known.

Yep, local citizens could not get access to documents in our city hall until a court ordered em to fezz up, but they allowed irreplaceable water documents to be taken out of town and not returned. Makes sense for this crowd at silly hall. Come on Mayor - clean this house up and get our ORIGINAL water documents back in the hands of the city clerk.

Update fellow citizens: Lisa Kunz, our hardworking and conscientious city clerk, has made progress to restore the integrity of those records. Unfortunately, she's presently 'outnumbered' by others at city hall who are not as ethical, but hopefully that will change only if we demand it and our leaders exercise oversight, preserve transparency and DEMAND accountability.

Glad to hear that we at least have one city department head employee with credibility. The GF city clerk's office is vital to maintaing our official city records. Lets hope she can get ALL the original water records back under her proper jurisdiction. Those ORIGINAL records were illegally removed to another city and private business in Helena by the Lawton administration.
