The South Arterial needs to be 'canned', as it's a bloated waste of federal funds, will lead to litigation - and rightly - by homeowners in it's path and doesn't identify any economic impact and loss of business along 10 Ave. South from diverted traffic. Widening 10th Ave S. appears to be successful and temporarily inconvenient, but a more practical approach. The arterial - north or south - is 20 years too late, and so much for 'vision', huh? Let's not have a 'Road to Nowhere' like the 'Bridge to Nowhere' in Alaska.
