Let's hope the BOARD members - not staff assistant - DO the talking! Take charge Mr. Chairman, whovever that might be!

They illegally canceled the meeting which was supposed to to be held to elect their officers, so they are now leaderless-except for Ms Balzarin whom will undoubtedly cover their butts!

Anon 1:47am: I am not sure what law the Board allegedly broke when canceling their meeting. Please enlighten all of us as to what specific law was broken. I am not aware of any law (Federal, state or local) that requires any board to meet with the exception of specific state statute language when board/commissions must meet to set budgets. How would the ECP Board meet if they did not have quorum? No quorum and then hall the members off to jail? Please be specific as to the specific law they broke. Please understand that I think the ECP Board should not have canceled their meeting...I just do not see how in doing so they broke the law.

What term would you use when a Montana Corporation (ECP) willfully violates its own charter?

Why did ECP a public entity wait until four hours before their scheduled meeting to cancel an importnat meeting? Why did the city manager, at the last minute, call for the cancelation and under what authority? There is something fishy here!

Why did Bronson push the lame duck vote to renew ECP board members? Why the big rush?

Doyon only does what he is ordered to do by Coleen. What a waste of money we are paying him.

Pull the plug.

It is now known there will be no cable channel seven coverage of this MOST IMPORTANT city commission/ECP meeting. This may foretell the new commissioners roles since they cannot even mange to get this simple kind of transparency into our local government. What the h-ll is this channel for anyhow?
