Not A Hoot

Evidently, Mayor Stebbins wasn't able to come up any words of wisdom on how to "connect with constituents, so she took a potshot at one. Typical.

The Mayor did not mention any names of critics.

This mayor and her entourage live in a different dimension than we mere mortals....

Anyone who heard the mayor speak will have understood, Anonymous 9:52 a.m., exactly who she was talking about.

Were you a registered participant, Travis? The MLCT should bill you for an admission charge.

I was not a registered participant, and neither were any of the other journalists there. It's pretty clear Montana's open-meeting laws, as written, would preclude this event from being closed to the public, though clearly the people there were all working within a buddy-buddy framework that allowed some rare candid moments. MLCT was gracious enough not to push the issue or make a scene; I also didn't push my luck and, say, attend the evening dancing, though that would have been, I am sure, priceless.

How dare you entry the hallowed ground of the s*elected nobles young Jedi.

Keep up the good work Travis!

Keep up the good work Travis! Anon 10:10 only proves that some village is missing their "idiot".

yeah, only Stebbins (10:10) would question the public attending this meeting. To call it by the acronym MLCT only solidifies the suspicion.

Go away, but leave a forwarding address for the process server.
