An interesting remark was made at the ECP meeting last night.
The executive director and the board discussed the request for proposals for an independent consultant. The topic of cost and who would pay for this review was mentioned.
Coleen suggested the "city" pay for it, since it was the "city" who requested it. If ECP pays for it, well, it will just make the bottom line more negative than it already is. She and some of the others thought this incredibly amusing.

Maybe it should come out of the pockets of those who got us into this mess, but that would mean accountability!
