About Time

Finally. The Great Falls Tribune is finally reporting on the problems plaguing ECP.

Why did it have to take five years and 5 million dollars (including water credits) later to finally report the reality of this gross misuse of taxpayer's money?

See here for an abbreviated version of Sunday's (Nov. 14) article.

They were originally part of the problem, encouraging the HGS coal plant and the cities foray into this poorly, if at all, thought out SME venture. Now that this house of cards is collapsing and a proven financial fiasco, they are trying to get off the fence and on the right side of things to save there A$$.

numerous 'losing' city enterprises and our LOST water rights. Spending must come under control at the federal level, but let's look here also.
