Well, What Do You Know

Remember when we didn't think the City of Great Falls would have a representative at the special SME meeting held last week in Billings?

It appears, after all, that we did.

The Luloffs are members of the Beartooth Electric Coop and wanted to attend this meeting. They were told they couldn't, because it was a closed meeting. Interesting, given that the City of Great Falls, a public entity, was present at that meeting in the person of Coleen Balzarini.

I wonder if our city commission authorized this representation? It was my understanding that it did not. The tail is wagging the dog here still. Its past time for our new leadership to exercise control over a city hall staff gone wild!

'The Truth will Out' and as Hemingway said, 'The Truth has a certain ring to it'...Too bad our city manager wasn't at the decisive place 'on the battlefield' as was initially directed. He's capable, intelligent but I'm puzzled at why he didn't see this as vital.

We, the commissioners were told at our "closed door litigation session " that ....

"Sothern is having their regular meeting too, so, if any body sees me there, that is why" Coleen B.

Is Coleen just taking authority the same as that Schultz woman over at the airport? Seems like the inmates run the asylum in every aspect of Great Falls government. Who signs Coleen's expense report? Don't try to convince me Doyon does. Does Coleen report to the secret box?
