Does it clearly state where the city manager openly admitted ECP in violation of city law? Let's hope we have Cable 7 'on mission' to provide transparency that the public deserves.
I cannot find that statement in the minutes shown herein. I wonder why that statement was eliminated here in these minutes? I would think that would be relative to these proceedings?
Mr. Doyon's admission MUST be noted in the minutes accurately. It's puzzling it was ommitted. The commission, ECP board, the media and public were all there and heard it? Ever more reason that we need public media to observe these proceedings, just as C-Span helps watch our federal government.
