So what is so top secret in this? Is this what the black secret box is full of at silly hall? Judge Phillips in Lewistown (hearing the city secret box case) needs a quick wakeup call to end all this nonsense ASAP. Where is the peoples justice system, if not in the courts of the land, which apparently remain silent.....
