DEQ Gives Tentative Nod To Permit

The DEQ gave SME tentative approval for an air quality permit for their natural-gas plant.

Folks have until September 30 to comment.

Here is the 125 page permit ruling.

I guess they forgot to read SME's own Environmental Impact Statement which states that a natural gas plant is IMPRACTICAL. Duh, fools all.
