Section 106 deals with the effect that certain projects can have on historic properties. This review process has not been completed with regard to HGS. And now, even though SME has decided to move forward with a gasification plant and put HGS on the back burner, it does not mean this review process is over.

The only thing to do with gas is the BS that flows out of the flim-flam man.
The claim to convert HGS to a gas plant is to keep the con moving along. Move the pea and the suckers will take their eyes off the prize.
Tim and the gang will bleed this project until the money stops flowing or they find another scam that pays better.
HGS will never amount to more than a hole in the ground.
