Co-Op Members Not Happy

Last night, about 200 upset members of the Beartooth Co-op met with their board of directors and Tim Gregori.

From the sounds of it, there weren't many answers provided other than their problems were caused by everybody else.

Sounds very familiar.

Anon. @ 9:10pm

It wasn't for lack of trying.

Just because the citizens of the city are not receiving their power from ECP, which was the result of legislative action, doesn't mean the citizens of Great Falls haven't been adversely affected.

Who do you think is paying for the deficit that ECP has been running in since its inception?

And one other small matter: When did the citizens of Great Falls vote to get involved in public power?

That's right. We didn't.

The powers to be felt they knew best and that is why the city has lost about $6 million on this entire mess and we're still counting.
