What A Mess

At last night's City Commission meeting, Mr. Lewin reiterated again why he thinks the city could be in for a rough ride regarding the lawsuit filed by Yellowstone Valley Electric.

He referenced again the Assignment and Assumption Agreement between the City and ECP and read portions found on pages 2 and 3. As he mentioned at Monday night's ECP meeting, there are different obligations for the City and ECP and therefore, each should have their own attorney. He said this is very important because ECP has been losing money and the City Commission has never held them accountable.

And by the way, at the ECP meeting, board member Bill Ryan asked Mr. Lewin if he would volunteer his services. Mr. Lewin came back with a very definite NO.

Why should Lewin work for free? The city has no problem paying SME's lawyers.

bill ryan has demonstrated he is not smart enough to listen to the warnings and has no business competence.

bill ryan is the moron who supported the botched abortion called deregulation in name only and caused our utility rated to be much higher than Idaho.

Why exactly would people flock to great falls for "cheap power" when full retail power in Idaho is far less than HGS could possibly hope for?

bill ryans question is all style and no substance. bill ryan doenen't give a damn about anything except serving bill ryan. bill ryan is an idiot.

Anyone who would hire Lewin would have a fool for a lawyer. Ask anyone in the legal community - he is the lowest of the low.

Hmmm...

we have examples of why bill ryan is a fool. One example is that he did not listen to stuart lewin when we have the hindsight to know stewart was right.

So your argument is that because of an unsupported opinion that stewart is "low", that is the excuse for bill ryan's demonstrated intelligence and integrity?

golf clap.
