Who do they think are going to pay for this potential court action? The taxpayers of course because they (ECP) are broke and they continue to depend on the city US for there existence.......

The PSC is more than ready if the city 'brings it on'.....
"b. Cogeneration Billing Procedure"
It has been pointed out in the past that ECP (bill ryan specifically) intended on paying SME some $30,000 per year for the privilege of transmitting power from the WWTP to the WWTP.
Does ECP still plan on this additional gift to little timmy or is little timmy going to flip flop if the scam is exposed?
Remember little timmy's "claims" if someone askes about the transmission charges.
1. little timmy has saved great falls from high prices of NWE. (claimed at ECP meeting)
2. it is now 2009. Have we reached the limit of generation sources and are experiencing shortages claimed? (ECP meeting)
3. timmy's later claim, we have plenty of power, no shortage possible. (commission meeting)
4. little timmy claims he can always buy power below market (city commission claim)
5. little timmy can't but power unless it's above market(county commission claim)
6. little timmy claimed he can not buy power at all (transmission constraints, FEIS claim).
6. little timmy can generate power for less. (is a citaton needed?)
7. little timmy can't generate for less it's just better to have a "reliable" source, by montanans, for montanans. (Tim's spreadsheet at ECP)
When will little timmy be persona non grata and the hemorrhaging end?
Power is reliable, little timmy is not.
Little timmy is predictable.
If we keep giving little timmy money, little timmy will keep coming around, keep suing and keep blaming others for his failing.
