According to more details in today's Tribune about yesterday's hearing, MEIC is planning to appeal Judge Phillips ruling of rezoning to the state Supreme Court. When I get more information about that appeal, I will post it.

Citizens have every right to use ALL branches of government, especially when the city - and now - the county's been corrupted by the 'seduction' of jobs and taxes 'mantra'.....what if city residents found the Highwood on their doorstep on the city limits? Yep, just 'stick it in the sticks' with those 'hicks'....
