It showcases a lack of movement on the development front because people who want to hold GF back protest everything. Have you called CD, Jim R.? That's who you check with about these issues - or didn't you care enough to check on that?
Up yours. The foundation has been sitting there for two frickin years, you think CD might want to let the folks in Riverview, and the rest of Great Falls, know what the hell is going on.
