8. Which of the following amendments to the Constitution does NOT address or guarantee voting rights?

19th Amendment is not correct.

Now that we've passed it, perhaps our politicians in GF should take the following to see if, as citizens, they're educated enough to run the city.

Well, we know Ms. Stebbins dropped out of college, and it shows.

An educated city manager is sure a breath of fresh air.

anonymous @ 8:28, what the hell?

If you're going to criticize our civic leaders based on their policies, fine - but don't impugn their reputation or credibility based on whether or not they finished college.

You sound just like the idiot over at the Trib forums that keeps insulting Dona just because she didn't finish college.

You know, if you dislike our Mayor just because of that, then you must have an awfully negative view of MOST of your fellow citizens, as the majority of Americans have not finished college.

The most dimwitted statement from our city leaders came from someone with a masters degree, john lawtons "there is no risk". Those who embraced and perpetuated that statement along with Donna had degrees. Having a degree is no shield from incompetence or guarantee of honesty.

Donna's Reputation of a shallow potty mouth who offers no olive branch is her own and has nothing to do with having a degree, although it's not hard to see dropping out was a good choice for her.

Bill Gates was a dropout but then again Bill Gates is intelligent.

The 'Old Guard' commissioners have forgotten our city charter, our First Amendment and the Montana Constitution's insistence on OPEN government.

Thanks GF Girl for the 'patriotic' challenge and my father-in-law from Germany, mother-in-law from Sweden and Grandmother from Germany all had to take it, and they passed.

Many Americans do not have the basic knowledge or spirit of liberty. In its day our Constitution was written for the average 8th grader, the common level of education. Forward to 2008 and the case can be made the Constitution is way over Joe and Jane Doe's head. Public education has failed or succeeded depending on your political viewpoint.

Education is lifelong and never ending. Sadly many people stop learning and slough their way through life destined to repeat their mistakes over and over again.

Look at your civic leaders in Great Falls as prime example, this is a microcosm of the nation. They don't learn from others and continue to repeat the same mistakes.

We could all be good bootlickers like david, or call a spade a spade.

anon, why are you calling me names?

Just because I dared to defend the Mayor from a stupid - and nonsensical - insult? That warrants being called a "bootlicker?"

Frankly, I expect a higher quality of insults from anonymous commenters. You disappoint me.
