The terms of the appointed members would be through December 31, 2014. The Regional Airport Authority Board is the governing body and policy setting board for the operation and management of the Great Falls International Airport. The board is responsible for employing the Airport Director, who hires staff and oversees the day-to-day operations of the Airport. The Board consists of seven members, appointed to three-year terms. Members serve without compensation.
